Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Perishable items and opened supplements cannot be returned unless faulty.
Contact Support
Email our customer success team with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly label the package with your RMA number. Ship the parcel using a trackable service to our warehouse address.
Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete.
